The Graco Turn2Me is a 3-in-1 seat that rotates while installed rear-facing. It rear-faces from 4 to 40 lb, forward-faces with the harness from 26.5 to 65 lb and up to 49 in, then becomes a high-back booster for 40 to 100 lb, 43 to 57 in and at least 4 years old. It lasts 10 years.
It suits parents who want a rotating seat for the rear-facing years and a high-back booster later. The trade-offs: it turns only in rear-facing mode, moving from rear-facing to forward-facing means a full uninstall, and Graco lists it at 30 lb and 19.13 in wide. The EasyTurn 360 rotates in both harness modes at 17 in wide and 26 lb, but has no booster mode.

Every install is a fit between one seat and one vehicle. Read both manuals, and use a free inspection station if anything is unclear.
At 19.13 in at its widest, measure your back seat before counting on three across. It weighs 30 lb, which matters if you will move it between cars or carry it through an airport.

The seat can only be rotated in rear-facing mode; installed forward-facing, it cannot rotate. A label near the booster belt path shows the position: the arrow points to blue for rear-facing and to orange and green for forward-facing or booster. Turn levers sit under each armrest; you slide the blue trigger and squeeze the gray lever, then listen for the click when it locks. If the seat is installed rear-facing, the manual says you must fully uninstall it to rotate it into forward-facing mode. It must also be locked rear-facing or forward-facing before storing, and never rotated while the vehicle is moving.
You store the tether on the slot at the back or side of the seat, choose any of the 4 recline positions and remove the infant body support before installing. A button at the front opens a door over the blue rear-facing belt path. The lower anchor strap or seat belt goes under the SnugLock lock-off; you press down in the center, remove the slack, close the lock-off and then the door. LATCH is only for a child up to 35 lb, with lower anchors 11 in apart, center to center. After a seat belt install, the manual says to switch the retractor to avoid a strangulation risk. The level bubble must be completely in the blue zone, and the seat should move less than 1 in at the belt path.
Forward-facing, the strap or belt goes through the orange belt path and under a lock-off reached by raising the headrest and undoing 2 snaps. You must use recline positions 2 or 3, attach and tighten the tether, and use the harness covers. LATCH is only for a child up to 40 lb. In booster mode, the harness goes into its storage compartment, the seat must be in recline position 1, and the child is held only by a lap and shoulder belt, with the lap belt behind the armrest and the shoulder belt through the headrest guide. Graco allows LATCH in booster mode up to 100 lb if the vehicle maker allows it.
Rear-facing, the straps go at or just below the shoulders with the head at least 1 in below the headrest adjustment handle; forward-facing, at or just above the shoulders with the ears below the top of the headrest. The infant head and body supports are for infants 20 lb or less, used together and rear-facing only. Pads are machine washed in cold water on a delicate cycle and drip dried, with no bleach. The buckle is swished in a cup of warm water without soap, and the harness, lower anchor strap and tether are surface washed only.
No campaign in the current NHTSA child-restraint data names this model family, and I have not run a separate review for it. Check your seat’s model number and date of manufacture before use.

The manual dated 8/24 certifies it for aircraft only in forward-facing harness mode, without using the SnugLock lock-off or the tether, on forward-facing aircraft seats. It says rear-facing and booster use are not certified. Graco's product page also lists rear-facing, so check the labels on your seat and ask the airline.

The manual says not to install with the lower anchors for a child over 35 lb rear-facing or over 40 lb forward-facing. In booster mode, LATCH may hold the seat up to 100 lb if the vehicle maker allows it, while the seat belt holds the child.
Graco lists the EasyTurn 360 with the same harness limits but no booster mode, says it rotates from both rear-facing and forward-facing mode, and lists it at 17 in wide and 26 lb.

The manual says to stop using it and throw it away 10 years after the date of manufacture, shown on a sticker on the bottom of the seat, and to replace it after any crash.
