Nuna's 2023-and-older RAVA manual lists a weight range of 5 to 65 lb and a height of 49 inches or less. It gives rear-facing as 5 to 50 lb and forward-facing as at least 2 years old and 25 to 65 lb, without a minimum forward-facing height. The model number and manufacture date are on a label on the bottom of the seat, so I would read that label before deciding which manual, and which limits, apply.
Store the tether, move the calf support to the use position, and choose a blue recline position from 1 to 5. Recline more if the baby's head falls forward. Open the rear-facing True Tension door under the seat cover. Then install with the vehicle lap/shoulder belt, which the manual calls preferred, the lower anchor belt, or a compatible lap belt. The lower anchor belt is not for a child over 35 lb. Never use the belt and lower anchors together. The tether is never used rear-facing. The manual's lower anchor instructions assume the standard 11 inch spacing between vehicle anchors.
Forward-facing uses recline positions 1 to 5 (red) for children 30 to 65 lb, with the belt routed through the red forward-facing path. The manual says to always use the tether forward-facing if the vehicle has a tether anchor point and the vehicle's requirements are met. The lower anchor belt is not for a forward-facing child over 40 lb. Harness straps go at or just above the shoulders forward-facing. The side impact pods are used only on the door side, and not in a middle seat. To change recline after install, you uninstall, choose the new position and reinstall.
Set rear-facing recline position 1, raise the head support fully, loosen the harness, extend the calf support and unhook the tether. Remove the pads and inserts, then peel off the head support cover carefully so the foam is not damaged. Unsnap the seat cover and work it out of its retaining channel from the bottom up. The seat cover and harness pads can be machine washed in cold water with mild detergent on the delicate cycle, then air dried. The infant insert can be machine washed, but its support wedge is spot clean only. The harness cannot be removed and is hand washed with a sponge.

The manual says the infant insert is only for infants who weigh 5 to 11 lb. It must be used if the harness sits above the shoulders of a baby in that range.
