A 2-in-1 booster seat with 2 modes: high-back booster 40 to 120 lb, 38 to 63 in; backless booster 40 to 120 lb, 38 to 63 in.
Diono lists this seat on its US site. Buy from Diono or an authorized retailer, and confirm the exact model number before you buy.
The Diono Cambria 2XT is a 2-in-1 booster that works as a high-back booster and as a backless booster. Its manual limits it to children 40 to 120 lb and 38 to 63 in, it attaches with LATCH/UAS connectors, it has a two-stage recline, and it expires eight years from the date of purchase.
It suits a family that wants a high-back booster with lower anchor connectors and a recline, which later converts to a backless seat. The trade-off is missing data: the manual publishes no width or seat weight. The Cambria 2 manual is identical apart from the model name, so the published documents do not show what the XT version changes.

This seat covers 2 stages, and a child has to meet every limit of the stage they are in. Diono gives it a 8-year life from the date of manufacture, so check the date label before using a hand-me-down.

A child must meet every limit for the mode they use. The labels on your seat and its manual are the final word.
Every install is a fit between one seat and one vehicle. Read both manuals, and use a free inspection station if anything is unclear.

Diono does not publish a width for this seat, so measure your back seat and compare it with the seat in a store before buying.
This booster positions the vehicle's lap and shoulder belt on the child; a lap belt alone is not allowed. The LATCH/UAS connectors attach it to the lower anchors after you press the cam lock lever and extend the straps. Tighten one strap and then the other while pushing the booster back so it rests flat on the seat bottom and touches the seat back. Diono recommends the connectors whenever the vehicle has lower anchors, and otherwise says to buckle the empty booster with the vehicle belt. Do not use LATCH/UAS if it interferes with the seat belt.

Grip the headrest height adjuster lever and set the shoulder belt guide slightly above the child's shoulders, at least 1 cm. Route the shoulder belt through the guide, then fasten the lap belt through both lap belt guides so it lies low across the hips, not the belly. The shoulder belt must not touch the neck. The buckle should line up with the belt path guides; if it is pulled across the lap belt guide into the seat, the manual says to pick another seating position. Never lock the vehicle's retractor.

Remove the backrest, fold the backrest insert under the seat bottom cover and check the LATCH/UAS connectors are still secure. Backless use is only for children whose ears are below the top of the vehicle seat or headrest. If the shoulder belt does not fit the child correctly, the manual says the seat must be used with the backless shoulder belt guide strap stored under the seat, adjusted so the RED guide is just above the shoulder.

Each campaign naming this family was read against this model’s numbers and build dates, and none covers it. Still check your seat’s model number and date of manufacture before use, especially on a used seat.
The manual says 40 to 120 lb (18 to 54 kg) and 38 to 63 in (97 to 160 cm), in both high-back and backless mode.
Diono's Cambria 2 manual gives the same 40 to 120 lb and 38 to 63 in limits and the same instructions. The manuals do not state a difference, so I would compare the current product listings.
Detach the backrest, then remove the headrest, backrest and seat bottom covers. Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, or hand wash, and dry flat away from direct sunlight; do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
The manual says it is expired over eight years from the date of purchase.
No. Diono states it is not certified for use in aircraft because aircraft seats have no shoulder belt.
