The All4Stages Slim is a 16.9 inch wide, non-rotating 4-in-1 seat: rear-facing 4 to 40 lb and 17 to 43 inches, forward-facing 30 to 65 lb from age 2, high-back booster to 100 lb and backless booster to 120 lb from age 5. Evenflo says it can be used for up to 10 years.
The All4Stages Slim suits a family that wants one narrow seat from birth to a backless booster and does not need rotation. Compared with the Revolve360 Slim, which is also 16.9 in wide, it gives up rotation and rear-facing to 50 lb but adds two booster modes. The Plus Canopy version adds a removable canopy for rear-facing use.

This seat covers 4 stages, and a child has to meet every limit of the stage they are in. Check the date label on the shell before using a hand-me-down; every seat has an expiry.

SecureTight is Evenflo's LATCH connector system. The manual covers rear-facing and forward-facing installation with SecureTight connectors or the vehicle belt. Do not use the lower anchors for a child over 40 lb with the internal harness. The SecureTight strap must be in the rear-facing belt path for rear-facing use and moved to the forward-facing belt path for forward-facing use. Do not use the tether when the seat is rear-facing; always use it forward-facing. Rear-facing, the seat goes in one of four rear-facing recline positions and the recline zone for the child's weight.
High-back booster mode is for children of 40 to 100 lb and 44 to 57 in, with ear tops at or below the top of the booster headrest. Backless mode is for 40 to 120 lb and 44 to 60 in, with ear tops at or below the vehicle seat headrest. Both need a child at least 5 years old and a lap and shoulder belt. The manual says the booster base should sit flat on the vehicle seat in one of its upright positions only, with the shoulder belt across the middle of the shoulder and the lap belt low on the hips.
Squeeze the headrest handle and slide the headrest to a locking position, then pull on it to check it has locked. You may need to loosen the harness first. Rear-facing, start with the headrest at its lowest position and set the straps at or just below the shoulders. Forward-facing, start at the highest position and set the straps at or just above the shoulders. If the optional canopy is fitted, it is for rear-facing mode only and limits the headrest to the lowest 5 positions.
Machine wash the soft goods separately in cold water on a delicate cycle with no chlorine bleach. Tumble dry 10 to 15 minutes on low heat and remove at once. Soft goods include the seat pad, headrest pad, back pad, pillows and harness and buckle covers. Wipe the harness with mild soap and water and let it air dry. Do not immerse or lubricate the SecureTight connectors or buckle unless the buckle label permits rinsing. The cup holders are top rack dishwasher safe.

With the internal harness, yes, rear-facing or forward-facing. The manual says it cannot be used in booster mode on an aircraft, because a belt-positioning booster needs a lap and shoulder belt.

Evenflo lists the Revolve360 Slim at 16.9 in wide with one-hand rotation and two modes, rear-facing 4 to 50 lb and forward-facing 30 to 65 lb. I would weigh rotation and the longer rear-facing range against the All4Stages booster modes.
Evenflo's page says it can be used for up to 10 years through its four modes. The manual points to an expiration date on the seat's label, so check it.
