Who the Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotating Car Seat with SensorSafe fits
This seat covers 3 stages, and a child has to meet every limit of the stage they are in. Evenflo gives it a 10-year life from the date of manufacture, so check the date label before using a hand-me-down.
Rear-facing harness4 to 50 lb · 17 to 48 in
The child faces the back of the car, which keeps the head, neck and spine supported in a frontal crash. Keep this mode as long as the child fits it.
Forward-facing harness30 to 65 lb · 35 to 49 in · from 2 years
The child faces forward in the seat’s own harness. Use the top tether every time, and stay in the harness until the child outgrows it.
High-back booster40 to 120 lb · 44 to 57 in · from 5 years
The seat’s own back and belt guide route the vehicle belt across the shoulder, and the sides give the child something to lean on when they sleep.

What SensorSafe adds
Evenflo says the integrated SensorSafe chest clip connects over Bluetooth and alerts you in real time to 4 conditions: unexpected chest clip unbuckling, unsafe ambient temperature, child unattended and child buckled too long. The listing also includes the zip-on leg rest and on-the-go recline, so the angle can be changed without reinstalling the seat. The three modes are the same as the standard Extend: rear-facing 4 to 50 lb, forward-facing 30 to 65 lb and booster 40 to 120 lb.
The base stays installed for both harness directions. The manual covers lap and shoulder belt (preferred), lap belt only, and LATCH. Do not use the lower anchors for a child over 30 lb rear-facing or forward-facing with the harness; switch to the vehicle belt. Always use the tether for harness installation. Rear-facing, the recline bubble must be in the white zone for 4 to 22 lb and the black zone for 22 to 50 lb. The seat must be locked whenever the vehicle is moving.
Booster mode is forward-facing only, for a child of 40 to 120 lb, 44 to 57 in and at least 5 years old, and it needs a lap and shoulder belt. In booster mode the seat may stay attached with LATCH while the vehicle belt restrains the child. With the harness, the seat is certified for aircraft but needs an aircraft seat at least 17.75 in wide and cannot be used with an inflatable belt. In booster mode it is not certified for aircraft, because aircraft have no lap and shoulder belt.
Is the Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotating Car Seat with SensorSafe recalled?
25C010000: does not cover this model. The Revolve360 Extend with SensorSafe is a different Revolve360 model, which the notice says is not affected. The Part 573 report (RCLRPT-25C010-5471) defines the population as the entirety of production of those listed model numbers and says subsequent models had an entirely different headrest design. Each campaign naming this family was read against this model’s numbers and build dates, and none covers it. Still check your seat’s model number and date of manufacture before use, especially on a used seat.
