My take on the Revolve360 Rotating All-In-One Car Seat
This seat suits a family that wants rotation through all three modes and is fine with a 40 lb rear-facing limit. Its 19.8 in width and booster range match the Revolve360 Extend, but the Extend is listed for rear-facing to 50 lb. If a narrow seat matters more than the booster stage, the 16.9 in Revolve360 Slim is the closer fit.

Who the Revolve360 Rotating All-In-One Car Seat fits
This seat covers 3 stages, and a child has to meet every limit of the stage they are in. Check the date label on the shell before using a hand-me-down; every seat has an expiry.
Rear-facing harness4 to 40 lb · 17 to 43 in
The child faces the back of the car, which keeps the head, neck and spine supported in a frontal crash. Keep this mode as long as the child fits it.
Forward-facing harness30 to 65 lb · 35 to 49 in · from 2 years
The child faces forward in the seat’s own harness. Use the top tether every time, and stay in the harness until the child outgrows it.
High-back booster40 to 120 lb · 44 to 57 in · from 5 years
The seat’s own back and belt guide route the vehicle belt across the shoulder, and the sides give the child something to lean on when they sleep.

What to know before you live with it
Installing the base
The base stays installed for rear-facing and forward-facing harness use. The manual covers lap and shoulder belt (preferred), lap belt only, and LATCH. Do not use the lower anchors for a child over 35 lb in either harness direction; use the vehicle belt instead. Rear-facing, the recline bubble must be in the white zone for 4 to 22 lb and the black zone for 22 to 40 lb. In booster mode the seat may stay attached with LATCH while the vehicle belt restrains the child.
For booster mode, the manual has you rotate the seat forward-facing, release the rotation handle and buckle the seat belt over the child, then check that the seat lock indicator is green. The seat can only rotate to the forward-facing direction in its most reclined position. Booster mode is forward-facing only and needs a lap and shoulder belt, for a child of 40 to 120 lb, 44 to 57 in and at least 5 years old.
Evenflo's care instructions say to machine wash the soft goods separately in cold water on a delicate cycle with no chlorine bleach, tumble dry 10 to 15 minutes on low heat and remove them at once. Take the foam inserts out of the headrest pad first. Wipe plastic and metal parts and the harness with mild soap and water and let the harness air dry. Do not lubricate or immerse the LATCH connectors or the buckle unless the back of the buckle says rinsing is allowed.
Is the Revolve360 Rotating All-In-One Car Seat recalled?
25C010000: does not cover this model. Evenflo's dealer notice limits this recall to Revolve360 Slim and Gold Revolve360 Slim seats with 368-prefixed model numbers (36812449 to 36812504 and their A, AZ, TGT and POP suffixes) built December 1, 2022 to December 8, 2024, and states it does not affect other Revolve360 models or Revolve360 Slim seats made after December 1, 2024. The Revolve360 All-in-One is a different Revolve360 model, which the notice says is not affected. The Part 573 report (RCLRPT-25C010-5471) defines the population as the entirety of production of those listed model numbers and says subsequent models had an entirely different headrest design. Campaign source (read ).
25C003000: does not cover this model. The Part 573 report covers only Canadian-market seats and travel systems with listed model numbers ending in C (for example 34912258C, 38412311C, 3811198C, 35012433C), listed with production dates January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2024 and shipped to US buyers without a US registration card; the population is defined by those numbers. This product's US model numbers CS360112405 and CS360112457 are not listed. Campaign source (read ).
Each campaign naming this family was read against this model’s numbers and build dates, and none covers it. Still check your seat’s model number and date of manufacture before use, especially on a used seat.

Before you buy
Weigh and measure your child. The limits above are the manufacturer’s, and a child has to meet all of them for the mode they will use.
Confirm the exact version. Colors, retail exclusives and model numbers change limits more often than you would expect; Evenflo lists 2 colors of this seat.
Read the manual before you buy, not after. It is linked above and holds the fit rules, the install methods and the expiry.
Check recalls by model number and date of manufacture, and register the seat with Evenflo so you hear about the next one.
