Who is the Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotating Car Seat for?
The Revolve360 Extend is a rotating all-in-one seat: rear-facing from 4 to 50 lb and 17 to 48 inches, forward-facing from 30 to 65 lb and 35 to 49 inches from age 2, then a high-back booster to 120 lb and 57 inches from age 5. No expiry period in years is printed in the manual.
Reasons to consider it
Three modes in one rotating seat, up to 120 lb as a booster
Rear-facing to 50 lb and 48 in
A 14-position headrest and 4 recline positions
A Quick Clean Cover that Evenflo describes as easy to remove and wash
Things to weigh up
The lower anchors are limited to a 30 lb child in harness mode; above that, use the vehicle belt
19.8 in wide, wider than the Slim models
Booster mode is not certified for aircraft, and aircraft seats must be at least 17.75 in wide
The manual gives no expiry in years; the page says up to 10 years of use
My take on the Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotating Car Seat
The Extend suits a family that wants one rotating seat from birth to booster, with rear-facing up to 50 lb. At 19.8 in wide it takes more room than the 16.9 in Revolve360 Slim, which stops at the harness stage. Against the Revolve360 Rotating All-in-One, the Extend's rear-facing limit is 50 lb where the All-in-One lists 40 lb, and the Extend adds a zip-on leg rest.

Who the Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotating Car Seat fits
This seat covers 3 stages, and a child has to meet every limit of the stage they are in. Check the date label on the shell before using a hand-me-down; every seat has an expiry.
Rear-facing harness4 to 50 lb · 17 to 48 in
The child faces the back of the car, which keeps the head, neck and spine supported in a frontal crash. Keep this mode as long as the child fits it.
Forward-facing harness30 to 65 lb · 35 to 49 in · from 2 years
The child faces forward in the seat’s own harness. Use the top tether every time, and stay in the harness until the child outgrows it.
High-back booster40 to 120 lb · 44 to 57 in · from 5 years
The seat’s own back and belt guide route the vehicle belt across the shoulder, and the sides give the child something to lean on when they sleep.

How the Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotating Car Seat installs
Recline
4 recline positions. The recline angle is what keeps a young baby’s airway open, so set it before tightening the install.
Harness
No-rethread harness. Check the harness height at each growth spurt: at or below the shoulders rear-facing, at or above them forward-facing.
Every install is a fit between one seat and one vehicle. Read both manuals, and use a free inspection station if anything is unclear.
Will it fit your car?
At 19.8 in at its widest, measure your back seat before counting on three across. It weighs 29.6 lb, which matters if you will move it between cars or carry it through an airport.
Check your vehicle manual for lower anchor positions and any head-restraint rules.
Rear-facing seats need front-seat room: try the install behind the driver before you commit.
Certified for aircraft use, so it can travel as a seat rather than checked baggage.

What to know before you live with it
Installing the base
The base stays installed for rear-facing and forward-facing harness use. The manual covers lap and shoulder belt (preferred), lap belt only, and LATCH. The lower anchors are limited to a 30 lb child in either harness direction; above that, use vehicle belt installation. Always use the tether for harness installation. Rear-facing, the recline bubble must be in the white zone for 4 to 22 lb and the black zone for 22 to 50 lb. In booster mode you may keep the seat attached with LATCH while the vehicle belt restrains the child.
Booster mode is forward-facing only and needs a lap and shoulder belt; the manual says never to use it with a lap belt alone. The child must be 40 to 120 lb, 44 to 57 in, at least 5 years old, with ear tops at or below the top of the booster headrest. To convert, you loosen the harness fully, push the shoulder straps into the side wings, pull the seat pad forward to reach the buckle strap, store it in its pouch and refit the pad. Keep the booster secured when it is empty, because an unsecured booster can injure other occupants.
The headrest has 14 locked positions and moves the harness without rethreading. The zip-on cushioned leg and foot rest is removable and reversible, can be used in rear-facing, forward-facing or booster mode, and has a foot rest that folds down for children with longer legs. The seat rotates for loading, but the manual says it must be locked for proper use when the vehicle is moving.
Evenflo's care instructions for this listing say to machine wash the seat pad separately in cold water on a delicate cycle and tumble dry 10 to 15 minutes on low heat. Wipe plastic, metal and the harness with mild soap and water and let the harness air dry. Clean the crotch buckle in a cup of warm water, pressing the red button several times, with no soap, detergent or lubricant. The page marks the seat as machine washable.
Is the Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotating Car Seat recalled?
25C010000: does not cover this model. Evenflo's dealer notice limits this recall to Revolve360 Slim and Gold Revolve360 Slim seats with 368-prefixed model numbers (36812449 to 36812504 and their A, AZ, TGT and POP suffixes) built December 1, 2022 to December 8, 2024, and states it does not affect other Revolve360 models or Revolve360 Slim seats made after December 1, 2024. The Revolve360 Extend is a different Revolve360 model, which the notice says is not affected. The Part 573 report (RCLRPT-25C010-5471) defines the population as the entirety of production of those listed model numbers and says subsequent models had an entirely different headrest design. Campaign source (read ).
25C003000: does not cover this model. The Part 573 report covers only Canadian-market seats and travel systems with listed model numbers ending in C (for example 34912258C, 38412311C, 3811198C, 35012433C), listed with production dates January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2024 and shipped to US buyers without a US registration card; the population is defined by those numbers. None of this product's US CS360212xxx model numbers is listed; the only Revolve360 item is the Canadian Gold Revolve360 Extend 38412311C. Campaign source (read ).
Each campaign naming this family was read against this model’s numbers and build dates, and none covers it. Still check your seat’s model number and date of manufacture before use, especially on a used seat.
Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotating Car Seat: common questions
What are the Revolve360 Extend limits for each mode?
Rear-facing is 4 to 50 lb and 17 to 48 in. Forward-facing is 30 to 65 lb and 35 to 49 in from age 2. Booster is 40 to 120 lb and 44 to 57 in from age 5, and exceeding any one limit ends that mode.
In harness mode, yes. The manual requires an aircraft seat at least 17.75 in (45.1 cm) wide and says it cannot be used with an inflatable belt. In booster mode it is not certified for aircraft.
How is the Extend different from the Revolve360 Rotating All-in-One?
Evenflo lists the Revolve360 Rotating All-in-One as rear-facing 4 to 40 lb, forward-facing 30 to 65 lb and booster 40 to 120 lb. The Extend's rear-facing range runs to 50 lb, and it comes with the zip-on leg rest.
Should I choose the Extend or the Revolve360 Slim?
Evenflo lists the Revolve360 Slim at 16.9 in wide with two modes, rear-facing 4 to 50 lb and forward-facing 30 to 65 lb. I would pick the Extend only if the booster stage in the same seat matters more than width.
Evenflo says it grows with the child for up to 10 years of use. The manual points to an expiration date on the label rather than a number of years, so check that label.
Answers refer to the model and manual version on this page. Check the instructions supplied with your seat.
Before you buy
Weigh and measure your child. The limits above are the manufacturer’s, and a child has to meet all of them for the mode they will use.
Confirm the exact version. Colors, retail exclusives and model numbers change limits more often than you would expect; Evenflo lists 7 colors of this seat.
Read the manual before you buy, not after. It is linked above and holds the fit rules, the install methods and the expiry.
Check recalls by model number and date of manufacture, and register the seat with Evenflo so you hear about the next one.
