Who is the TurboBooster 2.0 LX Highback Booster with LATCH System for?
The Graco TurboBooster 2.0 LX Highback with LATCH is a booster that converts from high-back to backless. The manual gives the same limits for both modes: 40 to 100 lb, 43 to 57 in. and at least 4 years old. Lower anchors hold the booster, the vehicle belt holds the child, and it expires after 10 years.
Reasons to consider it
Lower anchors that the manual allows in both modes up to 100 lb
A headrest that locks into 6 height positions to place the shoulder belt guide
A backless mode with the same 40 to 100 lb and 43 to 57 in. limits
A seat cover that machine washes cold on a delicate cycle
Things to weigh up
Graco lists it at 19.84 in. wide, which matters in a crowded back seat
Not certified for aircraft use, because aircraft do not have shoulder belts
The cup holder must be installed and should not be removed once attached
The lower anchor straps are surface wash only and must not be immersed
My take on the TurboBooster 2.0 LX Highback Booster with LATCH System
It suits a family that wants the booster held in place by lower anchors between trips, with an adjustable headrest now and a backless option later. The trade-off is size: Graco lists it at 19.84 in. wide and 10.76 lb. The plain TurboBooster 2.0 Highback is listed for the same 40 to 100 lb and 43 to 57 in. in both modes but has no LATCH.

Who the TurboBooster 2.0 LX Highback Booster with LATCH System fits
This seat covers 2 stages, and a child has to meet every limit of the stage they are in. Graco gives it a 10-year life from the date of manufacture, so check the date label before using a hand-me-down.
High-back booster40 to 100 lb · 43 to 57 in · from 4 years
The seat’s own back and belt guide route the vehicle belt across the shoulder, and the sides give the child something to lean on when they sleep.
Backless booster40 to 100 lb · 43 to 57 in · from 4 years
Only the base is left, so the vehicle seat has to support the child’s back and head, and the belt guide sits at the hip.

How the TurboBooster 2.0 LX Highback Booster with LATCH System installs
Lower anchors
Front-adjust LATCH. Check your vehicle manual for which seating positions have anchors, and switch to the seat belt once the child passes the anchor weight limit in the manual.
Every install is a fit between one seat and one vehicle. Read both manuals, and use a free inspection station if anything is unclear.
Will it fit your car?
At 19.84 in at its widest, measure your back seat before counting on three across. It weighs 10.76 lb, which matters if you will move it between cars or carry it through an airport.
Check your vehicle manual for lower anchor positions and any head-restraint rules.
Rear-facing seats need front-seat room: try the install behind the driver before you commit.
Aircraft certification is printed on the seat’s own label; check before you fly.

What to know before you live with it
Lower anchors hold the booster, not the child
Graco allows the lower anchor attachment in booster mode regardless of the child's weight up to 100 lb, but the child must still be secured with the vehicle lap and shoulder belt. To install, press the button on the front of the base and pull the straps out to full length. Attach the connectors without twisting the straps, then push on the booster while pulling the straps at the front to remove slack. You may need to line the anchors up with the slots in the base. If the anchors interfere with the vehicle belts or buckles, or the seat has no anchors, store the connectors and buckle the empty booster with the seat belt.
With the back on, the child sits with their back flat against the booster and the shoulder belt threads through the guide in the headrest. Squeeze the adjustment lever to raise or lower the headrest, then pull on it to check it is locked in one of its 6 height positions. The belt guides should be even with or just above the shoulders. The lap belt goes in front of both armrests and low across the hips, and the shoulder belt goes under the armrest on the buckle side. The manual also says the vehicle's own headrest should not create a gap between the vehicle seat and the booster.
To go backless, recline the seat back and lift it off the base. The limits stay at 40 to 100 lb and 43 to 57 in. The child sits against the vehicle seat back, and their ears must be below the top of the vehicle seat back or headrest. If the shoulder belt lies outside the red zone shown in the manual, you must use the belt positioning clip, which threads through a slot under the base. If the belt already lies in the zone, the manual says not to use the clip. Lower anchors can be used in this mode too.
Follow the seat pad care tag. The seat cover comes off by unhooking its elastic loops and hooks. It can be sponged with mild soap and cool water, or machine washed in cold water on a delicate cycle and drip-dried, without bleach. The lower anchor straps are surface wash only, with mild soap and a damp cloth, because immersing them may weaken them. The cup holder is fitted at assembly, and the manual says not to remove it once it is attached.
